Position Overview: The Director of Operations will be a key strategic partner to the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for ensuring the company's processes are followed and accountability is maintained across all departments. This individual will lead key meetings, manage KPI tracking, oversee resource allocation, and ensure that employees are empowered to meet their objectives efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with startup, tech, or agency experience who thrives in environments where operational excellence meets rapid growth. The Director of Operations will also report on KPIs and track department budgets to help ensure the company continues to scale effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy Support: Work closely with the SLT to lead strategic meetings, set agendas, and follow up on key initiatives. Process Management: Maintain operational processes and ensure accountability across departments. KPI Reporting: Monitor and report on organizational KPIs to ensure progress towards goals and make informed decisions. Resource Allocation: Oversee and optimize team workloads, ensuring efficient use of resources and reassigning tasks as necessary. Budget Oversight: Track department budgets and ensure alignment with company financial goals. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure employee computers and other company assets are in compliance with organizational policies. Qualifications: Proven experience in operations, preferably in a startup or tech-focused environment. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication between departments. Strong experience in KPI tracking, budgeting, and resource allocation. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on maintaining high accountability standards. Tech-savvy, with proficiency in tools used for managing performance and tracking operational data. Nice-to-Haves: Experience working with global, remote teams. Experience in scaling high-growth companies. Familiarity with advanced employee management software and KPI tracking tools.
