The RoleGlobal Program Coordination & Management:Lead the coordination of global compensation programs, including ACR, KPG, MBO, and LTIP, ensuring alignment with global strategies and timely execution across all regions.Act as the key liaison from Total Rewards to, HR Tech, Finance, Legal, and other key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout compensation projects.Manage the global compensation review cycle, including timelines, stakeholder communications, and system updates, ensuring efficient execution and compliance with global policies.Partner closely with regional TR teams to ensure that regional needs and stakeholders are considered, to share information and coordinate work for maximum efficiency and accuracy.Coordinate compensation program rollouts, monitor progress, and manage potential risks or bottlenecks, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence:Partner with Regional Leaders, HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and other global teams to ensure compensation programs are executed in line with corporate objectives and regional requirements.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues, identify best practices, and ensure consistency in compensation processes across the globe.Serve as the subject matter expert for compensation-related queries from internal stakeholders, providing clear guidance and support for decision-making processes.Effectively influence and drive buy-in from stakeholders on project timelines, deliverables, and changes.Project Management:Oversee and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for compensation programs, from planning and development to execution and review, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget constraints.Utilize project management methodologies to streamline compensation cycles, identify process improvements, and enhance overall efficiency.Develop project plans, timelines, and reporting structures to track progress, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of compensation programs.Ensure clear documentation of processes, decisions, and key outcomes throughout the program lifecycle.Compensation Program Administration & Improvement:Support the development and administration of global compensation programs, including variable pay (KPG and MBO) and long-term incentive programs (LTIP).Work closely with HRIS/HR Tech teams to optimize compensation tools and systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle) for global program administration and reporting.Continuously assess and improve global compensation processes to drive operational efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business goals.Market Benchmarking & Analysis:Coordinate market salary surveys and benchmarking studies globally to assess the competitiveness of the company's compensation offerings.
Analyze compensation data and trends, providing insights and recommendations to HR leadership and business units.Develop reports and dashboards to track the effectiveness of compensation programs, including total compensation spend, market competitiveness, and internal equity.Compliance & Governance:Ensure global compensation programs comply with local, regional, and international regulations, including pay equity laws, data privacy, and other legal requirements.Coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all compensation practices adhere to internal policies and external regulations.Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compensation processes meet compliance standards and identify opportunities for improvement.What You'll DoBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, PMP) is preferred.10+ years of experience in compensation program management, with a focus on global program coordination, project management, and stakeholder collaboration.Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex compensation programs across multiple regions.Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple global initiatives and deadlines.Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across geographies and functions.Expertise in compensation tools and systems, particularly HRIS (Workday, Oracle) and data analysis software (Excel, Tableau, etc.
