As part of this strategic initiative, our Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) department is expanding the Salesforce Innovation & CRM Strategy team.

This position demands a leader who is adept at navigating complex challenges and is deeply committed to building robust top notch technological solution.

Your role will be critical in fostering a culture of innovation and technology, guiding your teams to deliver solutions that enhance pricing transparency, efficiency, and competitiveness.

As a Technical Leader in CRM / Salesforce, your primary responsibility will be to lead our technology teams, driving significant advancements in our CRM systems.

This role demands a proactive leader dedicated to empowering our team through technology,
aligning our technical strategies with business objectives to foster an innovative and efficient environment.

The ideal candidate is an experienced technical leader who excels in a hands-on and collaborative leadership style, focusing on strategic alignment and direct involvement.

You will spearhead the enhancement of our Salesforce implementations and CRM solutions, significantly improving our engagement capabilities and service delivery to clients.

Your role will be crucial in advancing our technology, particularly in enhancing our B2B interactions through intuitive and responsive CRM platforms.

These efforts will ensure our systems are perfectly aligned with the needs of our internal teams and deliver a seamless, effective interaction model that maintains our competitive edge in digital offerings.

Main responsibilities :

Technical Leadership in CRM Development :
Spearhead CRM development initiatives by technically guiding the development team.

Focus on architecture and code quality while working closely with Product Managers to define, prioritize, and refine the product backlog in line with the strategic technical vision and roadmap.

CRM Product Backlog Management : Take a hands-on approach to manage the CRM product backlog. Ensure clear technical specifications and acceptance criteria for backlog items, balancing new features, operational improvements, and bug fixes to maximize product functionality and performance.

Release Planning and Management : Develop detailed technical release plans for CRM enhancements, considering financial costs and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

Coordinate with technical leads and delivery teams to set achievable technical goals, manage interdependencies,
and align release schedules.

Technical Collaboration and Refinement : Engage continuously with the development team and technical experts to refine Product Backlog Items, focusing on technical details necessary for precise estimation and effective sprint planning.

Sprint Management and Technical Support : Set clear technical priorities and goals for sprints, providing technical support and guidance to the development team to overcome challenges and ensure high-quality code and feature integration.

Quality Assurance and Technical Review : Maintain high standards of quality for CRM deliverables by technically reviewing sprint backlog items.

Provide detailed technical feedback to the development team and actively participate in agile events to align technical deliverables with overarching product goals.


Cross-functional Technical Coordination : Lead cross-functional collaboration for the execution of CRM initiatives, ensuring technical alignment across departments for sprint reviews, user acceptance testing, and feature rollouts.

Technical Team Development : Champion technical skill development within the CRM team. Promote a culture of continuous technical learning and improvement, encouraging technical mastery, innovation, and collaborative problem-solving to build a robust, high-performing team

Key Qualifications and Experiences :

Technical Expertise :

Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Advanced Salesforce Ecosystem Proficiency : Possessing over a 15+ of hands-on experience in the Salesforce platform, with extensive expertise in customizing, configuring,
and developing complex solutions.

Profound understanding of all major Salesforce Cloud solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, as well as mastery in Salesforce Lightning and advanced Apex programming.

Senior Salesforce Architecture Design : Deep expertise in architecting comprehensive Salesforce solutions using advanced architectural patterns.

Highly skilled in the development and implementation of Lightning Web Components, complex Apex triggers, sophisticated Visualforce pages, and robust API integrations.

Expert familiarity with Salesforce's event-driven architecture to significantly enhance business processes and elevate user experience.

Expert-Level Salesforce Security Practices : Thorough command over Salesforce's security model, with a focus on implementing rigorous sharing rules, security settings, and adherence to the highest industry security standards.

Exceptional ability to design and enforce security frameworks that protect digital assets within the Salesforce environment.

Scalability & High Availability Architecting : Demonstrated ability to design and deploy Salesforce solutions that ensure scalability and high availability.

Proven track record in creating systems that maintain business continuity and deliver optimal performance, even under substantial load conditions.

Mastering Salesforce Cloud Services : Extensive experience in exploiting Salesforce's cloud-based architecture to develop solutions that are not only scalable but also highly available, optimizing Salesforce's multi-tenant architecture for maximum resource efficiency.

Agile Development Leadership in Salesforce : Comprehensive experience with Agile methodologies specifically tailored to Salesforce development projects.

Skilled in overseeing product backlogs, managing complex user stories, and effectively directing sprints and release cycles within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Strategic Problem Solving & Analytical Acumen : Exceptional capability in addressing and resolving complex challenges within the Salesforce platform through strategic insight and analytical rigor.

Utilizes a data-driven approach to steer Salesforce implementations towards significant business impacts.

Leadership and Management :

Advanced Team Leadership : Over 7 years of experience in leading large, remote, global IT teams, with a concentrated focus on overseeing the development lifecycle within a product team framework.

Proven ability to drive team performance and innovation in a high-demand environment.

Expert in Cross-functional Collaboration : Extensive background in orchestrating the collaboration of software development teams and business owners.

Demonstrated capability to influence subject matter experts and facilitate effective team dynamics across functional boundaries.
