As a Demand Planner - New Products, you will play a crucial role in the development and launch of new products within Colgate-Palmolive. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful introduction of innovative products to the market. Your responsibilities include project management, coordination, and communication to drive the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the development and launch of new products across categories.Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless product development.Manage project timelines and track progress to ensure on-time delivery of new products.Assist in the preparation of product launch plans and presentations.Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements for both exports and imports of these skus.Participate and lead monthly meetings to monitor and update the time tables, obtaining information from the different areas (CMS, Production Planning, Regulatory, Marketing and Retail Marketing mainly) for all the countries of the Region.Establish and communicate the main key dates to achieve the target launch dates.Ensure the alignment of launch dates between the Supply source, CS&L (SNP, DP and CS) and the commercial areas.Communicating the estimated quantities for the first 6 months of sale to the source of supply (through PRF) applies both to products from the Region and to those that will be exported.Coordinate the shipment of samples for registration with Clients in the region.Communicate and agree on discontinuation/substitution plans with supply source and align with Marketing, SNP and Demand Planner.Monitor and report on the performance of new products post-launch during the first 3 months monitoring Service Level, DP Execution and Inventory Levels, providing recommendations with SNP and DP.Maintain detailed project documentation and records.Responsible for Portfolio Management in the region.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field, or currently studying it.6 months of experience in planning and/or purchasing or similar positions.Advanced English level.Google Suite knowledge.Desirable SAP knowledge.Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
