Join Our Team as a Customer Support Specialist Position Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist fluent in German to become a key part of our dynamic team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions and assistance through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities Address customer inquiries promptly, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure overall satisfaction. Research and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Navigate internal and external resources to offer world-class service. Identify and escalate priority or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams. Direct calls to the correct resources as needed and document all customer interactions following standard procedures. Identify, troubleshoot, and report emerging trends and patterns in issues. Ensure calls are handled professionally and in line with quality guidelines set by the client. Follow established protocols, KPIs, guidelines, and company policies for consistent customer service delivery. Engage with team members, supervisors, and other departments to resolve customer issues and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in German (C1/C2) and a minimum of B2 in English, both oral and written. Residing in North Macedonia and eligible to work legally without company support. Familiarity with customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Slack) and experience in customer or technical support roles, particularly help desk or IT functions. Ability to pass a background check. Strong skills in working independently and as a remote team player. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Flexible and adaptable to process and information changes.
