With a growing client base across the US, Latin America, and Europe, we are expanding in the US, targeting community banks, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) providers, and credit unions, offering a plug-and-play solution designed for agility and scalability.
What challenges await you?Chaindots is seeking a highly skilled, proactive, results-driven and independent Customer Success Manager to strengthen relationships with our financial institution clients across the US and LATAM.
This critical role focuses on identifying upselling opportunities, solving client challenges proactively, and fostering long-term partnerships to drive client success and maximize platform value.
Key Responsibilities Identify upselling opportunities to expand client engagement and drive revenue growth, collaborating closely with the sales team.Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within financial institutions, acting as a trusted advisor.Proactively solve client challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolution by leveraging internal resources and escalating when needed.Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews, identifying opportunities to optimize client outcomes and platform adoption.Provide tailored training, best practices, and strategic guidance to help clients achieve their goals.Gather client feedback to inform product improvements and enhance the overall client experience.Work autonomously to manage a portfolio of clients, prioritizing tasks and maintaining high levels of responsiveness.Must have! Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar client-facing role in the B2B sector.Demonstrated ability to independently identify and execute upselling opportunities, with a track record of driving revenue growth.Strong experience working with financial institutions (banks, fintechs, credit unions, etc.
).Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and challenges.Detail-oriented, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and maintain a high level of organization.Client-focused with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to build lasting relationships.Extroverted and approachable, with the ability to engage clients at all organizational levels.
