Your Day-to-day responsibilities: Be the success champion: You efficiently resolve all inbound and outbound support requests following established guidelines.
Whether providing support via email, voice chat, or telephone, you'll consistently go above and beyond to ensure our customers receive the timely, high-quality assistance they deserve.

Be the Team Player: As a valued team member, you also work closely with management to identify opportunities to improve overall customer satisfaction.
By collaborating with your colleagues and leveraging your exceptional communication skills, you'll help us create a more seamless and positive customer experience.
Preferrable Background:  Proficiency in the French and   English languages at   B2-C1 level , is required.

The ability to work with minimal supervision allowing you to bring your unique talents to the table.
