Working in a fun environment you will be dealing with a wide range of people from labourers to project managers which combine inbound enquiries and outbound order confirmations.
This is a fast-paced role, so it's essential that you have previous experience within a call centre environment, with high volume inbound calls.
Key responsibilities: Handle customer enquiries promptly and courteously and advise of any delaysProcess customer orders in an accurate and timely mannerMaintain regular and effective communication with both sales and production staffEscalate any customer issues that you are unable to resolve to the appropriate department/managerLiaise with despatchers as necessary to effectively reduce costs whilst maintaining optimum service levels to customersConsistently improve on processesDuties may be varied from time to time consistent with the employee's training and skills and such varied duties are to be performed to standards that will be specified as requiredLiaising with the Operation and Scheduling teams to ensure our customer's requirements are understood and met in a timely mannerBe the main point of contact for customers and employeesSkills and experience required: Previous experience in a customer serviceBe comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable talking on the phone with customers, often taking 50-100 calls a dayAvailable to work shifts Monday to Friday starting between 5:30am and 7.30am and finishing from 3:30pm to 5:30pm, as well as every 2nd Saturday (varying start times, finished by 1:30pm)Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to clearly communicate openly and effectively with customers and stakeholders at all levelsExcellent problem-solving & conflict resolution skills are essentialHave excellent attention to detail & high-level proficiency in Google & MS OfficeInclusivity and Equal Opportunity Holcim people are passionate about finding better ways to build.
