In this role, you will manage differential housing projects, which are crucial for the company. You will lead from the offer request phase to the approval of the new product, acting as the main engineering interface with clients and coordinating prenomination activities. You will report hierarchically and functionally to the Europe Asia Engineering Center Manager . Main Responsibilities : Capture customer needs and product trends, transforming them into opportunities for the company. Organize and lead engineering and technology review activities prior to the nomination, promoting the definition and presentation of alternative design solutions (co-design), including innovations to foster competitiveness. Coordinate the integration of technical quotations, involving product engineering and all necessary technical roles. Drive the review of the required manufacturing capacity for each project. Oversee already quoted projects from a technical perspective. Lead technical negotiations with the customer. To succeed in this role, you will need : Engineering degree. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the automotive sector. Advanced level of English. Knowledge of German is a plus. What we offer : Job Stability : Permanent contract backed by a solid financial environment. Full-time, flexible hours : Start between 8 AM/9 AM, with the end of the day from 5 PM.
