Operations Management: Design and propose improvements and solutions to optimize existing processes in the internal Operations department.
Establish objectives, scope, timelines, and required resources for projects with main stakeholders.
Implement and monitor process changes.
Track and evaluate the achieved results.
Onboarding project Management: The implementation solutions in our Customers Analyze and document existing projects from a functional standpoint, and ideally from a technical standpoint as well.
Coordinate and lead internal resources during the project execution.
Monitor project progress and ensure milestone and deliverable completion.
Additionally, identify and manage project-related risks and deviations.
Regularly report project status and results to management and/or customer key stakeholders.
What we believe should contribute to your success in this context  Technical Knowledge Experience in process management and continuous improvement methodologies.
Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
Familiarity with standards and frameworks such as Agile or SCRUM, among others.
Ability to use project management software and process visualization tools.
Analytical Skills Ability to analyze data and provide accurate diagnoses of processes.
Proficiency in process mapping.
Ability to identify critical points and areas of improvement in processes and projects.
Management skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Capacity to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
Problem-solving skills and effective decision-making ability.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, in a wide project portfolio.
