In collaboration, we are working with a highly-rated BPO to recruit a German-Speaking Customer Care Specialist to work remotely in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This full-time role focuses on reviewing and processing invoices for the client's partners, along with handling invoice-related communication via email.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Invoice Verification: Review invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and delivery receipts to verify quantities, prices, and terms.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter invoice details into the financial or ERP system.
- Discrepancy Resolution:
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies or missing information.
- Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure invoices meet company policies and legal or tax regulations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of processed invoices.
- Communication: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to address invoice-related queries and disputes.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or fluent in German, with proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Residency: Must reside in Bosnia and Herzegovina and be eligible to work legally without company sponsorship.
- Education: High school diploma required; a degree in accounting, finance, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Background in invoicing, accounting, or bookkeeping, with knowledge of accounts payable processes.
- Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in verifying invoices and identifying discrepancies.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a high volume of invoices for timely processing.
- Problem-Solving: Capable of analyzing and resolving invoice discrepancies effectively.
- Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with tax regulations, accounting principles, and company invoicing policies.
- Availability: Ability to work in a shift rotation, Monday to Sunday.
