We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Health and Safety Analyst to join our team in CABA. This role will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our health and safety management systems, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and supporting our internal clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to improving safety culture.
What you'll do for us: Identify health and safety risks and apply problem-solving tools to ensure process conformance and continuous improvement.Support internal clients with risk assessments, contractor safety management, legal requirements, trainings, and incident investigations.Maintain compliance with ISO 45001, legal requirements, and KORE standards.Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Safety Programs.Participate in audits, follow up on CAPA, and handle government inspections.Manage fall protection, confined space, machine safeguarding, hazardous energy control, and ergonomics programs in collaboration with internal stakeholders.Oversee external safety contractors managing Fire Protection systems and consultants.Act as a change agent for improving our safety culture and coordinate Safety Week.Support the BBS Leader with the BBS steering committee.Lead the health and safety monthly committee and follow up on CAPA. What are the qualifications needed: Degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH).Fluency in written and spoken English.Proficient in computing skills (Office suite); experience with PBI is recommended.Strong analytical, follow-up, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.3-5 years' experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
