What You Will Do? The Corporate Affairs Analyst works hand in hand with our Communications and Public Affairs and Government Affairs managers to contribute to drive impactful engagement with our external audiences across Latin America South including media, government, NGOs and professional bodies and associations.
The ideal candidate has some experience in Public Affairs, Government Affairs and/or Communications with external-facing impact either in agencies, government offices or high regulated industries.
The role is focused on providing day to day support to a wide range of activities with external stakeholders including Agency management, issues management, external engagement strategies and the like for both our brands and our corporate brand initiatives.
This person will be a part of the clusters Corporate Affairs Team and will also contribute with the localization of global and regional initiatives in relation to our external audiences.
The successful candidate will have constant interaction with different business areas and will interact with a variety of external audiences.
Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the implementation of external affairs program of the CompanySupports the identification of key stakeholders and interaction with key media, PR Agency and relevant third parties.Develops effective written pieces with limited coaching.Works with business teams in building and measuring impact of programs/actions.Supports Issues Management based on global and regional guidance.What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Relations, Communication, Journalism or Sociology required.English is a must.Some experience in external affairs, media or PR.Experience in content development in Spanish and English.Experience in identifying external trends to inform internal business decisions.Experience in planning and effective time management in response to tight deadlines.Experience and proven capabilities in the Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Sharepoint).Experience in managing multiple suppliers for the development of planned activities.Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience working in highly regulated industries, government or government/public affairs consultancies.Portuguese highly appreciated.What's In It For You Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesEmployee Resource GroupsKenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
