.Xometry is looking for a Contract Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team.
As a Contract Technical Recruiter, you are responsible for sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top technical talent into Xometry as well as building a talent pipeline for future hiring.
In this full-life cycle recruiting role, you will consult with hiring managers on all aspects of the talent acquisition process to include recruitment strategy, candidate selection, compensation recommendations, and offer presentation.
This position will have responsibility for full-life cycle technical, product, operations and sales recruiting across different regions.
This will be a 3-6 month contract.Responsibilities: Source top talent for all for our technical and non-technical openingsDevelop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcingConduct in-depth interviews, assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organizationUse assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates' qualificationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experienceProvide clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment processCollaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidanceDevelop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles and departmentsDrive for results, be inquisitive, perpetuate a sales and service orientation towards clients and candidates and be a strong relationship builderAdjust easily in a dynamic environment and have a passion for the company and your craftKnow the market, understand business strategy and priorities, and build and grow talent networksIdentify areas for process improvement and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategyProvide regular reports and insights to leadership to drive data-driven decision-makingCollaborate with other members of the recruitment team and share knowledge and best practicesMaintain up to date records in our ATS Qualifications: 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environmentCurrent experience hiring for US-based companies/rolesExcellent command of the English language in both written and verbal formsAdvanced Spanish and Portuguese language skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related fieldDemonstrated experience managing requisitions across multiple disciplinesProven ability to proactively work with hiring managers to drive the recruitment processProficiency with applicant tracking systems (we use Greenhouse) as well as LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social recruiting platformsAdaptability and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentProven ability to manage multiple, simultaneous recruitment projects effectivelyIncredibly detail orientedProficient with Google Apps and Microsoft SuiteExperience utilizing job boards, target company cold-calling, and other sourcing mechanisms to identify candidatesStrong knowledge of common human resources practices, employment laws and/or government compliance regulations that affect recruitment #LI-RemoteHere at Xometry we believe in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
