Position Overview :
The Contract Management Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing over 1200 maintenance contracts. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management, data analysis, and project coordination, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and contract profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
Contract Analysis and Management :
- Review and analyze existing maintenance contracts to ensure compliance with company standards and profitability targets.
- Identify contracts that require renegotiation or modification based on operational data, profitability, and client needs.
- Develop strategies to optimize contract terms, including pricing adjustments, scope modifications, and service level agreements.
Data Management and Reporting :
- Utilize data management tools to organize and maintain a centralized database of contracts.
- Generate detailed reports on contract performance, highlighting areas of risk and opportunity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Process Improvement and Best Practices :
- Identify and implement process improvements within the re-contracting workflow to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish and document best practices for contract management.
- Participate in regular team meetings to review progress, share insights, and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that re-contracting milestones are met
- Provide regular updates to senior management on re-contracting progress and outcomes.
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Zoom.
- Experience in contract management, data analysis, and project coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data management and reporting.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in contract management, project management, or a related role.
- Experience in the facilities management industry.
- Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
