Description and Requirements Lenovo is looking for a Product Manager to join our team.
Position Description: Define the product strategy and roadmapDefine 4P strategyManage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activitiesDrive Marketing activities such as product launch, training, and product presentationsSpecify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by ongoing visits to customers and non-customersDrive a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioningDevelop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to executeWork with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunitiesDemand planningPosition Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product ManagerDemonstrated success defining and launching excellent products3+ years of experience in a job in the technology industryExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree (MBA preferred)Technical background, with experience in Enterprise ProductsExcellent teamwork skillsProven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authorityMust be able to travel 40% of the timeFluent English mandatoryWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
