Collections Manager

Collections Manager Philippines Location: Bonifacio Global City, Philippines (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote) Role Overview: As Collections Manager , youll lead the setup and management of our Philippines collections operations, collaborating closely with leadership to build a high-performing team and achieve key targets.
Key Responsibilities: Establish and manage the collections department.
Hire, train, and mentor collections staff.
Develop and enforce collections SOPs, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Implement and execute collections strategies to meet monthly KPIs.
Prepare regular performance reports for management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree with 5+ years in managerial collections roles (finance, lending, or banking).
Proven experience managing desk, field, and agency teams.
Proficient in Google Sheets and MS Excel.
Strong English communication skills.
