Position Summary: We're looking for a dynamic FP&A Analyst to join our growing team and be a trusted business partner. Reporting to the Finance Director of 2 Business Units (Ag Lending and Sustainability), you will work together with the department leadership to support the achievement of their goals and objectives by providing financial planning, forecasting and analytical support. The individual will prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for us in driving business decisions. The successful candidate will be hard-working, highly ethical, a team player and able to think and act both strategically and independently. Responsibilities:Support the monthly management reporting process and work closely with the Accounting teams to ensure a smooth monthly financial close.Be a champion of data accessibility, accuracy and quality - investigate variances between actuals and forecasts to understand trends and potential risks and opportunities.Play a key role in the forecast and Annual Operating Plan processes including continuous enhancements of forecast models, working with cross-functional partners to ensure assumptions are accurate, and preparation of presentation materials for leadership.Drive key initiatives by identifying areas of improvement and developing tools for deeper analysis.Contribute to decisions and resource allocations by providing a clear understanding of the "ROI" of investments and business decisions: challenge the status quo based on trends and variance analysis.Understand US GAAP accounting policies and accurate financial reporting/forecasting and ensure that your business partners understand these too.Partner closely with cross-functional leads to define and maintain reporting on key KPIs, understand performance and help drive optimal operation of the business.Minimum Qualifications:BA/BS degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, Accounting, or related field and or CFA or CPA in progress.3+ years of FP&A, Ag Lending experience a plus.P&L experience along with knowledge of financial systems and accounting concepts.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in a BA/BS degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, Accounting, or related field.Experience with Ag Financing and Fintech.Experience with or interest in Digital Sustainability Services.Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills, data visualization tools such as Tableau are preferred.FP&A systems experience such as Netsuite and Cloud planning software such as PBCS (Oracle Smartview) preferred.
