What will be your challenge? Building relationships and helping clients achieve their business goals through strategic consulting, tactical execution, education, and support.
Client Management: Collaborate closely with clients in a consultative manner to define their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, while managing and strengthening the relationship between the company and its clients.Strategic Planning: Lead the development of data-driven digital business strategies tailored to each client's specific market, working with the Heads of each solution: Media + Loyalty, Data + BI, Content, and Tech.Initiative Development: Oversee the conceptualization, development, and execution of tactical actions.Task Management: Ensure service excellence through proper task assignment, responsibility allocation, and timing in line with both internal and external goals.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance and drive business growth.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment conducive to creativity and innovation.Reporting and Business Intelligence: Create data dashboards to automate reporting and provide a view of each client's monthly objectives. Report on KPIs, identifying the best visualization methods through reports to gain insights and optimize strategies.Budget Management: Estimate efforts with the client based on the strategy and allocate budgets to each area.What do we expect from you? Exceptional consultative sales and customer service skills, willingness to experiment, ability to thrive in a dynamic and team-oriented environment, and a passion for helping our clients achieve their business goals.A passion for technology, digital businesses, and strategies for acquisition and retention on digital platforms.Be an internal reference for best practices in digital business development.Self-driven with an insatiable curiosity.Lead the training of trainees and juniors in the Client Success area.Lead strategic and regular meetings with clients.Set up work and follow-up meetings with other areas (e.g., Media + Loyalty, Data, Finance) to generate constant feedback and identify areas for improvement.Carry company values and culture to partners, suppliers, and the industry in general.Requirements: University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar roles, managing business objectives and high-volume clients.Knowledge of acquisition, retention, and loyalty strategies for digital businesses.Advanced English (mandatory).Familiarity with Google Analytics or other analytics platforms.Reporting experience with Data Studio.Problem-solving skills and the ability to detect trends and insights from data sets.Proficiency in Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic modeling).Adaptability, teamwork, and collaboration.Strong analysis and result interpretation skills.Tools: Facebook ADSFacebook CommerceGoogle ADSGoogle ShoppingHunch (or similar)DV 360ProgrammaticMMPsGoogle AnalyticsGoogle Tag ManagerGoogle Data StudioSupermetricsZapierMailchimpIcommAsanaSlackKlaviyoTidioWork Mode and Benefits: Hybrid in CABA (3 days in-office).Up to USD 1000 per year for training.Discounts on training plans and running teams (Zona Norte GBA).
