Client Management: Collaborate closely with clients in a consultative manner to define their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, while managing and strengthening the relationship between the company and its clients.
Strategic Planning: Lead the development of data-driven digital business strategies tailored to each client's specific market, working with the Heads of each solution: Media + Loyalty, Data + BI, Content, and Tech.
Initiative Development: Oversee the conceptualization, development, and execution of tactical actions.
Task Management: Ensure service excellence through proper task assignment, responsibility allocation, and timing in line with both internal and external goals.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance and drive business growth.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment conducive to creativity and innovation.
Reporting and Business Intelligence: Create data dashboards to automate reporting and provide a view of each client's monthly objectives. Report on KPIs, identifying the best visualization methods through reports to gain insights and optimize strategies.
Budget Management: Estimate efforts with the client based on the strategy and allocate budgets to each area.
