Job Title: Chief Product Innovation Officer
We are looking for an experienced Chief Product Innovation Officer to lead our product management team in establishing and optimizing best practices. This role fosters a culture of operational excellence that promotes the continuous professional growth of Product Managers. By implementing customer-focused methodologies like Product Discovery, this role empowers the team to make informed, strategic decisions that align with both short- and mid-term business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience within the software industry, preferably in the compliance sector. As a seasoned leader, they will guide and mentor product managers, foster their growth and development within the team, and drive the development and execution of the product strategy.
Key Responsibilities: Lead continuous product discovery practices to validate ideas, prioritize features, and ensure a clear understanding of customer pain points. Define and communicate the mid-term product strategy that aligns with overall business goals. Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure product goals are aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Monitor and analyze product performance in the market to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
