Our partner is looking for a highly organized and experienced Chief of Staff to support the Founder/CEO by overseeing a team of personal assistants and managing both personal and professional matters. This key role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to coordinate the CEO's complex schedule while ensuring smooth operations across all areas.

Key Responsibilities: Efficiently coordinate the Founder/CEO's intricate business and personal schedules, handling meeting arrangements, events, personal appointments, and travel plans. Ensure priorities are well-organized, and the Founder/CEO is thoroughly prepared for all engagements.Supervise task and workflow management by monitoring to-dos, follow-ups, and deadlines. Collaborate with departments, consultants, and the executive team to keep projects and tasks on course.Develop and maintain a system for tracking projects and tasks to ensure smooth execution of both personal and professional responsibilities, with all deadlines met.Lead and mentor a team of personal assistants, managing daily operations, workflows, and task assignments. Ensure efficient completion of tasks aligned with the principal's goals, while implementing standard procedures to enhance team productivity and collaboration.Handle a variety of personal and professional ad hoc projects, from research and report generation to presentation development.Oversee personal projects, coordinate events such as family and social functions, and manage special assignments, including household tasks like property maintenance and vendor management.Act as the primary point of contact for the Founder/CEO, facilitating communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Help screen and prioritize incoming requests to ensure timely and efficient responses.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, clients, and executives, handling all sensitive matters with utmost discretion and professionalism.Coordinate and manage intricate travel plans for both business and personal purposes, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and reservations for the principal and their family.Oversee the organization of logistics for private events and corporate functions, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed.Work closely with financial advisors and accountants to manage personal and household budgets, track expenditures, and oversee payment processes. Ensure all work and personal expenses are properly documented, including receipt collection.Anticipate the needs of the principal, addressing potential challenges proactively and offering solutions before issues arise.Requirements: Bachelor's degree and/or graduate degree preferred.Proven experience in a senior-level administrative or Chief of Staff role supporting an executive and his/her family.The candidate must be knowledgeable in technology, be tech-savvy, and have experience in projects related to artificial intelligence, automation, or technological innovation. The ability to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms will be highly valued.Strong leadership experience with demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team.Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and other productivity tools.Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as required by the principal's schedule and business demands.
