JOB PURPOSE As CIO, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's information technology (IT) infrastructure, systems, and digital transformation initiatives. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives and growth plans of the company. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and best practices that can provide a competitive advantage. Collaborate with the executive team to ensure that technology investments and initiatives support the company's strategic goals. IT Infrastructure and Operations Management: Oversee the design, implementation,
and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and cloud-based systems. Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of the company's technological systems and data. Manage the IT team, including hiring, training, and performance management. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and productivity. Digital Transformation and Innovation: Lead the company's digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of new technologies, software, and automation tools. Identify and evaluate opportunities for process improvements, automation, and integration of emerging technologies. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT department. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:
Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on technology-related decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technological solutions throughout the organization. Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors, to understand their needs and address their concerns. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment. Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives and driving innovation. Extensive knowledge of emerging technologies, IT infrastructure, and cloud-based solutions.
Strong business acumen and ability to align technology strategies with overall business objectives. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing IT team.
