We are growing our team at Bullpen Talent and looking for an amazing Business Operations Associate to work directly with the founder to help drive our growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have worked in a startup, small company in a similar role. A big plus if you have worked for another talent or staffing company and with key software platforms including ClickUp, Deel.com, and QuickBooks. Core Responsibilities Include Finance/Contracts General bookkeeping Reconciling transactions in QuickBooks Invoice setup (one-time and recurring)Handling AR / AP via Melio Payments Customer invoicing with detailed tracking of any prorated months and other one-time events Provide financial reports to management on ad-hoc and monthly basis Deel.com Management Setting up new employees and contractors on the Deel platform Running payroll monthly on Deel Updating contracts as needed Contract Management using Word and Adobe Sign Draft customer contracts for management review, approval and e-signature Manage customer contract signatures using Adobe Sign Organize and manage customer contracts and candidate resumes Operations Act as our resident expert for ClickUp Manage, update and ensure accuracy of our ClickUp dashboards for candidate and role tracking Spearhead improvements in operations and workflows to improve efficiency Manage KPI spreadsheets tracking placements, customers, etc. Track and provide updates to management on monthly cash transfer requirements for expenses and payroll Recruiting Assist with candidate sourcing using LinkedIn IT / Community Scheduling Add contractors and employees to Slack and Roam Schedule quarterly check-in sessions with each contractor Schedule quarterly customer check-ins Assist with any ad-hoc projects as they arrive Requirements Excellent English skills Highly organized,self motivated and detail oriented E xperience with ClickUp and QuickBooks is a must A natural problem solver and someone who thrives in a fast paced environment Collaborative and kind Powered by JazzHR
