Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst to join our team at MindTech. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable insights and solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing business processes for efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.Develop and maintain detailed business documentation including use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.Assist in the creation of project roadmaps, timelines, and business models.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and dashboards.Monitor project progress and assist in identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that business requirements are met.Serve as a liaison between the business and technical teams to facilitate effective communication. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the technology sector, preferably in AI or software development environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.Proficient in tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Slack).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
