How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The Specialized Billing Administrator ALTO is responsible for reviewing orders as they come into SAP from the ALTO System. The orders are reviewed for errors, completion and PO needs. In order to be successful this involves working closely with both AMG Customer Service and the GPD Billing team as well as the end user Customer, Branch personnel and other levels of Leadership. This position achieves a high level of customer service, accuracy in billing, timeliness in maintenance, and process improvements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Drives continued improvement in safety, quality and efficiency initiatives.
Release ALTO orders and verify billing.
Responds to various forms of communication pertaining to requests for updates, working through an issue, resolving a dispute, or making recommendations.
Analyzes data, the customer requirements and requests and takes appropriate measures to update the operating system.
Performs daily audits to ensure customer satisfaction and data integrity.

Required Education and Work Experience: High school diploma required. Some college-level coursework in accounting or business is desired.
In lieu of college coursework, customer service experience preferably in an office setting.
Other requirements: Limited, periodic travel may be required.
Able to work extended hours as needed to meet required deadlines.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, specifically in Excel/Google Sheets to include pivot tables, macros and data links.
Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably in SAP.
Familiar with continuous improvement principles and tools.
Capable of researching and analyzing data with the ability to identify reasons for trends and anomalies.
High level of personal and professional organizational skills including the ability to plan projects, motivate teams, adhere to timelines, deadlines and touchpoints, and manage resources including time and cost.
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication skills and organization skills, must be comfortable talking and presenting to associates at all levels of the organization from production workers to CEO.
Demonstrated excellence in collaboration with internal and external business partners to deliver greater operational performance, efficiency, and quality.
Ability to distinguish problem sources to properly focus the correct resources to resolve issues quickly.
Exceptional prioritization skills to ensure timely resolutions that are appropriate for the severity and impact of the situation.
Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment with all levels of leadership and exercise sound judgment where clear guidelines may not exist.
Develops personable and collaborative work relations with a strong affinity for partnering cross-functionally.
