Description: HR operations Shared Service (GPS) is a sector of the People Team that is devoted to empower and make easier the employees life cycle in GlobalLogic, with their day-to-day tasks.
Requirements: At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role or in multiple HR disciplines including benefits, payroll, HR policies, HRIS, and compliance for US based companiesBS degree in Human Resources or related field preferredAnalytical, detail-oriented and project management focusedExperience working with Excel sheets and formulasSuccessful experience working in high growth, dynamic entrepreneurial environmentsExcellent organizational and collaboration skillsExperience as administrator for enterprise HRIS/payroll systems (i.e. ADP, Paylocity), ADP Workforce Now highly preferred - It's a plusJob Responsibilities: Support strategic Benefits programs and operations for Americas RegionAssists employees with Benefits related inquiries and issues, including Health Insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.Facilitate the onboarding process by managing registrations, documentation, medical coverage, etc., ensuring a good employee experience.Supports ongoing benefits communication and coordinates/drives benefit related events (ex. open enrollment, health fairs, employee wellness)Maintains and updates ongoing employee life cycle information and changes related to compensation, benefits, organizational structure in our HR information systemsCreates efficiencies by leveraging HR technology to help automate operational processesCreates, maintains, and updates accurate documentation of Benefits & Leave Management processes and proceduresPropose and execute improvements to the existing processes of the area, guaranteeing a great experience for all those involved, ensuring optimization and effectiveness in its execution and control.Assists with various standard and ad hoc reports, audits and filings throughout the yearWhat We Offer Exciting Projects: Come take your place at the forefront of digital transformation!
