Automation Solutions Engineer

Automation Solutions Engineer Salary: up to $30,000 USD annually 100% Remote from Latin America Full-time COE contract We are searching for a talented Automation Solutions Engineer to become a key member of our client's Deployments Team. In this role, you will design, implement, and enhance automation solutions using a proprietary platform, Python, and SQL. This position is fully remote, with a focus on candidates located in Argentina or LATAM due to time zone alignment with our U.S.-based clients.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in automation, software engineering, or application development Proficiency in Python programming and SQL Familiarity with automation tools and technologies (RPA experience is a plus) Strong English proficiency for understanding nuanced client requirements Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze client requirements to tailor automation workflows Develop and implement automation solutions using Python, SQL, and proprietary technologies Utilize generative AI and advanced AI models to optimize automation processes Work closely with clients to expand and fine-tune existing solutions Troubleshoot and provide support for deployed automations to ensure seamless functionality Document workflows, processes, and solutions, contributing to the company's best practices. Pay: $1,996,603.78 - $2,495,648.50 per month
