Be responsible for the following requirements:
1. Building Sales Forecasts through Market trends, Sales Insights, Key Account activities, constraints, etc
2. Be responsible for the Forecast Accuracy & Portfolio Management
3. Collaborating with Sales Marketing and finance teams to align on demand assumptions and ensure consensus
4. Monitor and analyze the market dynamics, demand patterns, and potential risks
5. Managing the Monthly Sales Forecast Process & the Sales Forecasts Quality and build the baseline forecast
6.
Challenge and consolidate the Promotions & Launches sales forecasts projected by the Sales and Marketing teams
7. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve forecast accuracy and operational efficiency
To be successful in the role, you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration/economics or industrial engineering
- Minimum 3 years of Supply/Demand Planning and/or Sales & Operations Planning (S) experience in FMCG
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong multi-tasking, time and peer management & coordination skills
- Having an analytical mind, critical thinking skills alongside a result-oriented personality
- Being a good communicator and a team player
