EMPAM Job Description
• Manages client assets in multiple databases
• Meet with clients to resolve any asset related issues
• Research non reporting devices to locate and update devices
• Audit existing assets for accuracy in multiple databases
• Collaborate with the asset management team, company analysts and senior executives
• Meet or exceed Service Level Agreements set with the customer
• Monitoring Microsoft Team's Meeting chat for toner escalations
