In this role you will be facing different challenges such as: Out of the box thinking for resolving daily queries from our many stakeholders from the business, including clients. Performing daily analytical activities where you will put to practice your knowledge, skills, and independent thinking. Strong partnership with key stakeholders, finding ways to collaborate together. And these are some of the activities you will be responsible for: Announcement capture. Processing mandatory events, ensuring all valid mandatory corporate actions have been captured in the system and set up for client notification. Adjusting client accounts to reflect the exchanges. Reviewing all applicable reorg accounts and resolving outstanding breaks related to mandatory corporate actions or redemptions. Handling all inquiries regarding mandatory events processed by the team. Ensuring timelines and client service delivery standards are continually achieved. Escalating issues in a timely manner. Performing numerous control reconciliations to verify trading positions are accurate to middle office reconciliations. Investigating and providing solutions to various queries from settlements and confirmations. Completing operations projects and ad hoc requests to satisfy new initiatives and operations/technology enhancements (new system implementations). What do we ask for this position: Graduate or bachelor student. Advanced English. Team player and willingness to collaborate. Sense of accountability and ownership of issues until resolution. Relevant experience in related functions or business is a plus. Ability to effectively prioritize workloads and work to critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality. Exceptional problem/issue resolution skills. Relationship building skills, strong ability to develop partnerships to drive results. Very strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Excel. Client Orientation. Strong logical/analytical mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
