What You'll Be Doing:In this context of significant evolution, it will be key to develop the necessary skills to accompany the evolution of Natura Argentina's business, addressing current and future challenges.
You will manage the assigned area's budget and provide financial insights on initiatives that may arise.
You will be responsible for the budget of a line of the income statement (P&L).
Key Responsibilities:Participate in strategic financial planning and investment performance analysis within the organization.Analyze variances and provide justifications against previously made projections.Prepare monthly forecasts and annual budgets for the assigned area or line of the income statement and its impact on cash flow.Conduct ad-hoc analyses related to the assigned area or line of the income statement.Manage the annual budget.Prepare monthly results presentations.Provide financial advisory to various areas regarding the viability of their projects.Identify areas for improvement in financial processes through data analysis.Implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and the accuracy of financial reporting.Qualifications:We would love for you to have:
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively with large volumes of data.An interest in process optimization.The ability to perform detailed variance analyses to identify significant deviations in financial and operational results.Experience preparing financial reports and executive presentations summarizing key findings and recommending corrective actions as necessary.Evaluate financial performance using relevant metrics and KPIs.Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening/empathy abilities.The ability to connect topics/people to drive overall results.Proactivity in proposing new projects/initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency.Flexibility to adapt to emerging needs and interact with diverse audiences.Required:Graduates or advanced students in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Availability for hybrid work model (3x2) with offices in Zona Norte (Munro/San Fernando).Knowledge of Python, SQL, PowerBI, SAS, Tableau, or similar (desirable).Proficiency in Google Sheets.2 years of experience in similar positions.Experience in indirect cash flow will be valued.
