About the Role
As a Remote Executive Assistant, you will provide critical support to the Director and senior staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
You'll manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist with projects, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
This is a part-time position.
Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.Coordinate logistics for virtual meetings, events, and conferences, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.Conduct research and gather information on various topics as required.Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.Assist with client-related projects, including tax documentation collection and follow-ups.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Provide general support to other team members and departments as needed. Qualifications Diploma or degree in business administration or a related field.3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in accounting or professional services.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).Strong attention to detail and the ability to proofread and edit documents accurately.Knowledge of accounting software and procedures is a plus.Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
