Responsibilities of a Zippy's Manager:
Manage daily operations.Continuously look for ways to achieve, maintain, and improve service to guests; ensure food handling in a clean and safe environment; produce quality products.Develop talent, build effective teams, and train team members to achieve their maximum potential.Gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty; be open to resolve issues and feedback with integrity and authenticity.Ensure positive ROI, monitor expenses and resource allocation.Manage inventory, reviewing monthly inventory levels and ensuring they meet company supply levels.Get ready to engage, embrace, and empower yourself onto your next step to success!
