What you'll do: Provide operational backup for offline events, ensuring they are executed smoothly and efficiently. Assist with daily administrative tasks, including organizing files, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings. Analyze data and industry best practices to develop insights and optimize marketing programs for target accounts. Maintain supplier relationships and follow up on execution to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Translate and review marketing content to ensure accurate and effective messaging Communicate program status to key stakeholders, ensuring programs are executed on time and insights are shared in a timely manner. Conduct basic market research to gain insights into customer needs and preferences, market trends, and competitor activity. Research and evaluate competitor marketing materials and digital content to identify trends and opportunities. Support marketing campaign planning and execution, including content development, social media management, and email marketing.
