Youth Professional Program - Marketing Intern

What you'll do: Provide operational backup for offline events, ensuring they are executed smoothly and efficiently. Assist with daily administrative tasks, including organizing files, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings. Analyze data and industry best practices to develop insights and optimize marketing programs for target accounts. Maintain supplier relationships and follow up on execution to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Translate and review marketing content to ensure accurate and effective messaging Communicate program status to key stakeholders, ensuring programs are executed on time and insights are shared in a timely manner. Conduct basic market research to gain insights into customer needs and preferences, market trends, and competitor activity. Research and evaluate competitor marketing materials and digital content to identify trends and opportunities. Support marketing campaign planning and execution, including content development, social media management, and email marketing. What you have: Good organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Openness to learn and adapt to new environments, work processes, and technologies. Self-motivated, creative, efficient, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and presentation skills using Google Slides or PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Intermediate to advanced English language proficiency. Ability to collaborate and work effectively with others in a team environment.
