Job type: Full time Duration: Permanent Company benefits: Attractive Salary + Commissions DescriptionGreat team to join and lead - rewarding roleWe now have an opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller to be based at our World-class Mercedes-Benz Botany dealership!
We're looking for a fully qualified technician with workshop management experience and well versed in Land Transport safety aspects (VIRM).
Your key responsibility is to manage and control all workshop operations dedicated to delivering the highest customer service through quality workmanship and leadership.
We are a hard-working and fun team who are looking for a confident and dedicated individual to join us in running a high-performance and busy workshop.

Responsibilities include: Ensuring that the repair and maintenance requirements of customer vehicles are correct.Manage and supervise the workshop operations, with the ability to hop back onto the tools if needed.Assist in diagnosing mechanical difficulties when necessary.Recommend the required repairs with a focus on CSI, reliability, and preventative maintenance.Ensuring that there are established adequate safeguards and practices.Armstrong's is a nationwide, multi-brand collective of dealerships; we offer you growth in your career and technical knowledge development.
