Your tasks will be:
Administrative tasks handling in the area of CollectionsCooperate and liaise with colleagues of different departments based in Spain on individual matters such as customer complaints, accounting, insurance, repossession, remarketing, etc., but also here in Berlin, in regards to Legal CollectionsData processing and reportingConduct extensive research both online, via dealerships, and through the optical archive to find contact numbers and email addresses of clients that cannot be reachedQualifications:
Knowledge of Banking/Finance will be considered a plusFluent in Spanish and strong English knowledgeHighly driven with a strong learning ability and a strong urge to attain the very best results and continuously improvePerseveranceExcellent teamwork skillsReliable and self-reliant way of workingAdditional Information:
