The Workday Integration Consultant serves as a Workday product technical specialist, building relationships with key business users as well as third-party vendors to ensure that the services and solutions provided meet current and future business needs.
Analyzing business requirements, creating materials and executing on best practice processes to effectively move projects forward to a successful conclusion, including but not limited to, set up, configuration, processing, file structure/data mapping, reporting, testing, troubleshooting Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday integrations and provide ongoing support.
Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday Dashboards, apps, advanced and shared reports, integrations using EIB, Studio, and other tools.
Stay updated on Workday updates, enhancements, and best practices.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization within the Workday ecosystem.Requirements Extensive HCM implementation experience (Core HR, Compensation, Recruitment, Benefits, Payroll etc...) Strong hands-on experience in Workday technologies - Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Advanced Report Writer, Cloud Connect (PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB), Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, Custom fields, XML/XSLT, Studio, BIRT Reporting & data analytics Proficiency with API/service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc.)
Experience in troubleshooting Data issues / Corrections, Workday Reporting and Analytics and Security configs and changes Relevant experience in Implementation, Roll Out, Upgrade and Support projects related to Workday HCM Applications Must be knowledgeable in Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies Benefits Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with information systems.
3+ years of experience working with Workday (HCM and/or FIN), with a strong focus on integrations (EIB, Studio) and reporting.
In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM, integrations, and reporting tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Workday certifications in integrations and reporting (preferred).
