Your mission Support in planning and executing recruiting processes Assistin creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms Pre-screening and evaluation of applications Coordination of interviews and communication with candidates Support in candidate assessment Maintenance and management of the applicant database Contribution to projects aimed atoptimizingour recruiting processes Your profile Currently enrolled student (m/f/x) in business administration, social sciences, psychology, or a related field Initial experience in recruiting or human resources is a plus Strong communicationand organizational skills High degree of initiative and ability to work independently Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word Fluent in German and proficient in English Why us?
