RYZ is looking for a skilled Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web design principles and the ability to create visually appealing and responsive websites. You will collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers. Basic Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects. - Proficiency in WordPress or Webflow platforms. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5. - Experience with animation libraries such as GSAP and 3D design tools like Spline is highly desirable. - Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication and time-management skills Preferred Qualifications: - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate highly complex and ambiguous situations. - Ability to work independently with little supervision and successfully resolve ambiguity. - Willingness to learn, and be open-minded to new ideas and different opinions yet knowing when to stop, analyze, and reach a decision.
