Vro Specialist

The Value Realization Specialist is a newly created role as part of the Value Realization team that will partner with the Senior Leadership across Operations, Finance and Strategy teams to define, track, and manage achievement of the Future Enterprise business case. The Future Enterprise initiative serves as a critical internal effort to optimize Accenture's core functions to achieve high performance and drive incremental stakeholder value. The role will evolve to the development and management of other value levers across Accenture's strategic direction while continually providing insight and guidance to the Senior Leadership team across the appropriate functions.

Core Responsibilities: Acts as a business advisor to leadership by providing data and recommendations to aid decision making with focus on business case tracking and avenues for revenue/profitability improvement. Financial modeling and predictive analysis; drive key business insights from multiple data sources across a variety of stakeholders. Identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility. Creates solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Displays differentiated and open-minded thinking. Challenge the norm and look for viable alternatives to solve challenges in the most efficient manner. Manages teams and/or work efforts.
