How you'll play your part We're looking for someone highly motivated and confident, who can apply their in-depth knowledge of the UK motor industry to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth while leading and inspiring a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. In this role, you'll be managing the short, medium, and long-term Group Sales and Retails volume planning process for MB Cars ensuring CO2, financial, and volume targets are achieved. You will analyse sales demand to balance production requirements across multiple sales channels, with detailed focus on ICE, PHEV, and BEV fuel mix.
You'll bring strong volume planning experience as you'll be ensuring key processes are in place. You'll accurately forecast and track monthly Retails and Group Sales across all sales channels and act as the main interface with Region Europe managing 2 years of production and sales plans, managing production requirements and restrictions.
You'll demonstrate a high level of commercial awareness and business acumen, contributing to the company's strategy and success. By utilising your advanced numeracy skills and meticulous attention to detail, you'll provide accurate, first-time-right analyses. Leveraging your strong PowerPoint and Excel skills to create compelling presentations and insightful reports, and apply your essential experience with Power BI reporting to enhance data-driven decision-making.
You will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills as you'll be engaging with senior management, the CEO and Region Europe/MBAG, responding promptly to high-priority requests with precision and professionalism, ensuring clear messages are delivered.
You will be able to engage with all levels of business as you'll work closely with the Market insights Team to track market and fuel type development and regulations and with the Allocation & Inventory Team Leader to manage production allocation plans.
