WEBSITE : https://vitalvirtuals.com Qualifications: Proven experience of 1-2 years as a Medical/Dental Scribe or similar role in a healthcare setting Excellent knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
Strong typing skills and proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMRs) or similar software.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Proficient writing and spoken English (including top grammar skills), C1 or C2 level.
Availability to work CST, EST and PT time (40 hours Monday to Friday).
Key Responsibilities: Transcribe physician-patient interactions accurately and efficiently.
Document medical histories, physical examinations, procedures, and other clinical information in electronic medical records (EMRs) or other designated formats.
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation.
Review and edit transcribed reports for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating referrals, and communicating with patients as needed.
Stay updated on medical terminology, procedures, and industry trends to ensure accurate documentation.
