WEBSITE : https://vitalvirtuals.com Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferredProven 1-2 years of previous experience in medical administration or healthcare support roles is advantageous.Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of medical billing processesStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in computer applications and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systemsProficient writing and spoken English (including top grammar skills), C1 or C2 level.Availability to work CST, EST and PT time (40 hours Monday to Friday).Key Responsibilities: Appointment scheduling, medication refills and general patient assistanceMaintain electronic health records (EHR) and ensure accuracy and completeness of patient information.Process patient registrations, insurance verifications, and billing inquiriesCoordinate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and other healthcare team members.Prepare and distribute medical correspondence, reports, and documentationAssist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory managementUphold confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements in all aspects of job performanceBenefits: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Flexible remote work schedule.Hourly Compensation: $5/hr for first 6 months and $6/hr after 6 months of probation (Above-average salary is between 800 - 1000 USD per month)Training is availableCollaborative and supportive work environment.Meaningful work contributing to the improvement of healthcare delivery.Technical Requirements:
