The ideal candidate will have exceptional English skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively in the EST time zone. This role focuses on ensuring smooth membership operations, effective communication management, and timely fulfillment of member needs. Key Responsibilities: Membership Management: Process manual actions such as membership extensions, pauses, and access revocations. Ensure accurate and timely updates to member accounts. Email Management: Monitor and manage the Accelerator mailbox. Respond to inquiries and escalate issues as needed. Certification and Badge Distribution: Prepare and send certificates of completion to members. Assign badges to recognize member achievements. Community Monitoring: Monitor the Circle platform for unanswered questions. Engage with members to ensure they receive the support they need. What will you bring?Qualifications: Fluency in English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Time Zone Alignment: Ability to work EST hours. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using email platforms, customer relationship management tools, and community platforms like Circle.
