Virtual Assistant

LOOKING FOR LATAM - BASED CANDIDATES

Position : Virtual Assistant

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, ET

Salary Range : $900 - $1,100 per month

Holiday s : TBD

Duties and Responsibilities :

Help with general administrative tasks if the analytics isn't a full-time workload at a

given time

- Building documents ahead of sales calls
- Changing logos on the sales deck
- Some help with scheduling
- Taking notes on calls
- Cleaning up notes from AI call recording tools

Requirements :

- At least 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role supporting CEOs
- With intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge and experience
- Experience with Tableau is a BIG plus but not required
- Experience with similar pivot tables is beneficial

- Help assess internal operations performance and response rates from other geography
- Good to excellent communication skills
