Virtual Assistant – Digital Sales For Medical Services

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Virtual Assistant to help grow our healthcare marketplace by connecting with clinics and doctors. In this role, you will support our sales team in recruiting healthcare providers to join our platform. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys digital outreach, building relationships, and working in a global healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities: Research and identify healthcare providers (clinics, doctors) to invite them to join our healthcare platform. Assist with digital outreach efforts through email, social media, and online networks to build a list of potential clients. Help develop sales strategies to promote our subscription services for healthcare providers. Use online tools to understand the needs of different medical providers and support in customizing sales messages. Prepare and organize information about medical centers to help with sales pitches. Manage leads and follow-up tasks using CRM software to ensure smooth communication with prospects. Work closely with the marketing team to support sales campaigns and increase provider acquisition. Keep up with trends in healthcare services and support the sales team in improving outreach efforts. Help meet or exceed sales targets by providing administrative support to the sales team. Qualifications and Skills: Experience as a Virtual Assistant, or in digital sales support or business development, is a plus. Comfortable using digital tools like email, social media, and CRM software to manage tasks and leads. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients online. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Passion for global healthcare and interested in helping improve access to medical services.
