About the Role: As a Virtual Assistant, you will support the daily operations of the consultancy by managing client relationships, administrative tasks, and financial processes. You'll collaborate directly with the consultant to ensure client interactions are well-documented, financial data is accurately maintained, and reports are delivered in a timely manner.
What You'll Be Doing: Assist the sales team with customer inquiries and technical questions related to products or services.Manage sales leads and maintain customer databases using CRM tools.Provide product information, prepare quotes, and assist with order processing.Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and updating sales records.Offer remote troubleshooting and technical support to clients as needed.Assist with the preparation and coordination of sales presentations and proposals.Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.Who We're Looking For: At least 2 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in a technical environment.Familiarity with CRM systems and sales support tools.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Salary: USD 1200 to USD 1400 per month
