About The Role: We are searching for a passionate and forward-thinking Video Growth Specialist to execute and
plan our video streaming and YouTube growth strategy across the South Cone region. In this role,
you will be responsible for developing and implementing our strategy across YouTube and all
major video streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, etc.). You will play a key
role in maximizing our reach, engagement, and revenue through these channels.
Key Responsibilities ? Conduct in-depth market research and analysis of the music streaming landscape and
YouTube ecosystem, including user trends, platform features and competitor activity.
? Develop and implement a comprehensive YouTube growth strategy aligned with the South
Cone business objectives.
? Develop and execute data-driven campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement and
conversions on YouTube and video streaming platforms.
? Analyze platform and channel performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
? Consolidate performance reports related to implemented marketing strategies to
inform and guide improvement initiatives.
? Evaluate channel growth and evolution to optimize revenue generation for our YouTube
Multi-Channel Network.
? Strategically develop YouTube tools, including Shorts, Community Tab, playlists, Content ID,
and Lives, among others.
? Formulate video-centric sales plans in collaboration with the A&R team.
? Provide comprehensive support to the video team regarding strategic frameworks for the
Latin America and Iberia priority projects.
? Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the music streaming industry and
YouTube.
? Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, content, Operations, A&R) to ensure a
cohesive strategy across all channels.
Qualifications ? Minimum 3 years of experience working in channel management related activities.
? Fluent to native written and spoken English skills.
? Proven track record of success in developing and implementing digital marketing
campaigns.
? Capability to interpret and understand the South Cone's music streaming landscape and
YouTube ecosystem.
? Data-driven decision skills.
? Strong project management and organizational skills.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
with cross-functional teams.
? A passion for music and deep understanding of YouTube and similar streaming platforms.
? Proactive and capable of developing strategic proposals.
The ideal candidate will have ? Experience with YouTube Content Owner, music metadata, asset management and
optimization for YouTube.
? Experience with digital advertising platforms relevant to music streaming and YouTube.
? Experience in working with multicultural teams based in different territories and time zones.
