As the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our affiliate network, and maximize profitability. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to achieve company goals and objectives.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure individual and team success.Identify and establish relationships with key affiliate partners, negotiate partnership agreements, and manage ongoing relationships.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the market.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and materials that support affiliate sales efforts.Analyze sales data and market insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for the executive team, highlighting key performance metrics and recommendations for improvement.Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements in affiliate marketing.RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in a leadership role.Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners and clients.Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with overall business objectives.Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms, tools, and technologies.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 18 months
Pay: $1,000,000.00 - $3,000,000.00 per year
